Role Overview:
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity in campaign ideation, and a strong desire to collaborate across departments to ensure our marketing efforts align with product and customer needs. You’ll be in a high-impact position, shaping the future of how Louisa AI goes to market and communicates its value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and lead generation. Oversee multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, webinars, events, and social media campaigns.
- Brand Positioning & Storytelling: Craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences in the financial, B2B sales, and community management sectors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all touchpoints.
- Event & Webinar Management: Identify high-impact events, conferences, and webinars for Louisa AI’s participation. Coordinate event logistics, booth management, speaking opportunities, and pre/post-event marketing campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns and channels. Provide regular reports on key metrics (CAC, MQL, SQL, ROI) and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Learning and Growth: Embrace the startup environment by taking on additional responsibilities, contributing to strategic discussions, and continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing role (preferably in B2B SaaS).
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation software, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail, with an aptitude for testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience marketing AI-powered or enterprise software solutions.
- Proficiency in content marketing, SEO, SEM, and growth hacking methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and meet ROI targets.
- Adept at using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau) for performance tracking and insights.
