Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative who is eager to transition into a sales role. This hybrid position will have a dual focus: managing outreach via email and LinkedIn, and actively participating in the sales cycle in collaboration with our CEO and COO. The ideal candidate will have the skills to run sales meetings, deliver engaging product demos, and handle follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach Management: Own and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Sales Cycle Participation: Collaborate closely with the CEO and COO throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Sales Meetings: Conduct sales meetings with prospects, showcasing Louisa AI’s value propositions effectively.
  • Product Demos: Provide compelling product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Follow-Up Management: Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and advance the sales process.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads, prospects, and sales activities.
  • Learning and Growth: Embrace the startup environment by taking on additional responsibilities, contributing to strategic discussions, and continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative.
  • Proven track record of successful email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to conduct effective sales meetings and demos.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results.
