Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-ownership Graphic Design Intern who can bring Louisa’s brand to life across digital, product, and marketing assets. This role blends design execution with creative strategy, supporting everything from website visuals and social media posts to pitch decks, client-facing materials, and product UI mockups.
You will work closely with senior leadership across design, marketing, and product, and play a key role in shaping how Louisa is visually represented as we scale across global enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Design (Primary Responsibility)
- Create high-quality visual assets: social posts, one-pagers, case studies, white papers, ads, email graphics
- Maintain visual consistency across all channels using Louisa’s brand guidelines
- Support website design updates (WordPress/Elementor visuals, banners, icons)
- Produce illustrations, diagrams, and data visualizations to simplify complex concepts
Product & UI/UX Support
- Aid the work of the product/design team to screen mockups, UI components, and feature visuals
- Translate product features into clean, intuitive visual storytelling
- Assist in improving user flows or polishing UI elements for clarity
Marketing & GTM Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to design collateral for campaigns, events, and GTM initiatives
- Help visualize thought leadership content (frameworks, models, infographics)
- Create visuals for LinkedIn, newsletters, and landing pages

- Strong sense of aesthetics and visual branding, command over tool usage
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and structured
- Comfortable handling multiple deadlines and quick turnarounds
- Excited by the intersection of design, AI, and storytelling
Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools
- Motion graphics or lightweight animation (After Effects / Lottie)
- Experience with UI/UX design or product design
- Exposure to Canva, Webflow, WordPress
