About Louisa
Louisa AI helps relationship-driven firms win deals through warm introductions and intelligent signals across their networks. We are introducing an open opportunity as a UX designer to work on the Louisa product.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a UX Designer who can turn complex workflows into elegant, human-centered experiences. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to create seamless user journeys that power discovery, collaboration, and decision-making across the Louisa platform.
This role offers end-to-end ownership — from research and prototyping to high-fidelity design — with the opportunity to directly shape the user experience of a fast-scaling enterprise SaaS product.
What You’ll Own
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure clarity, usability, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into design improvements.
- Create data visualization patterns and intuitive search/filter experiences for enterprise users.
- Maintain and evolve the Louisa Design System in Figma for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is preserved through implementation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data-driven applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design — from research to handoff.
- Proficiency in Figma and understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to translate complex information into clean, usable interfaces.
- Excellent understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Good to Have:
- Experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, or enterprise search experiences.
- Understanding of user psychology and behavioral UX patterns.
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Notion for collaboration and documentation.
